Centrally located in the heart of Dumaguete City, this popular guest house offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The staff at the 24-hour front desk attended to my requests promptly, creating a hassle-free experience. the spacious apartment I stayed in featured a well-equipped kitchen, making me feel like a master chef in my own little culinary paradise.

Lack of morning-duty staff.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, au cœur de la ville et proche de toutes les commodités. On peut trouver facilement des commerces et des restaurants à proximité. De plus, le centre-ville est à quelques pas, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, avec une salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Le service est également satisfaisant, avec un personnel aimable et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié, offrant un bon choix pour bien commencer la journée.

La connexion WIFI de l'hôtel laisse à désirer. Malgré le fait qu'elle soit censée être incluse dans le prix, on nous pousse à prendre un débit supérieur et payant.

During my stay at Florentina Homes, I was blown away by the incredible attention to detail in the decor. The hotel is like a work of art with its themed apartelles and beautiful trompe l'oeil paintings. It truly took me on a visual journey. The family-run bistro, Gabby's, also impressed me with its imaginative menu and vibrant ambiance. The cozy bedrooms and warm hospitality added to the overall exceptional experience. I highly recommend this unique and charming destination.

The rooms at Florentina Homes are so cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventures. I loved that each room had a private bathroom with a shower, it was so convenient. The flat-screen TVs in every room made it easy to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows. The spacious apartments with a dining area and well-equipped kitchen made me feel right at home. The air-conditioning in every room was a blessing, especially in the tropical heat. Having complimentary instant coffee, a mirror, sofa, towels, and a closet in some rooms was a thoughtful touch. I enjoyed having a balcony, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom in my room. The slippers and free toiletries provided were a pleasant surprise and added to the overall comfort. It's great that all the units have an attached bathroom, making it convenient for all guests. Some selected guestrooms having a mirror was a nice addition to the room.

Personally, I didn't find the seating area in the rooms to be the most comfortable.

The hotel offers spacious two, bedroom apartments that are perfect for families or groups of friends. Each apartment has a kitchen, sitting area, and patio, creating a homely feel. the staff is courteous and always wearing a smile, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a dip in the indoor pool and indulge in delicious meals at the on, site restaurant. the value for money is worth every penny, making it a great option for budget, conscious travelers.

The hotel's expansion project may cause some noise disturbances during the stay.
